Changes to the Procedure for Issuing National Visas Effective July 1, 2023
On July 1, 2023, amendments to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Status of Foreigners will come into force. As of July 1, foreigners who are outside the territory of the Republic of Lithuania must submit their applications for national visas through the external service provider chosen by the Migration Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania.
