Consular services will be provided in Denver, Colorado
The Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Chicago in cooperation with the Lithuanian Community in Colorado is launching the consular mission to Colorado State, Denver, on April 21-22, 2017. Consular services will be provided on April 21-22 at the address 4189 W 97th Ct., Westminster, CO 80031. During the consular mission it will be possible to submit the applications for passport and identification card renewal or issuance, emergency travel documents, forms for registering the civil acts (child birth, marriage, divorce) in Lithuania, declarations of the place of residence, applications on Lithuanian citizenship and consular registration. Notarial acts will be provided for Lithuanian citizens only.
